Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Hemisphere Media Group and Televicentro’s $335 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the refinancing of the more than $305 million Term A credit facility and the refinancing of the $30 million revolving credit facility for Hemisphere Media Holdings, LLC and Televicentro of Puerto Rico, LLC, as borrowers.
