Cahill Represents Underwriters in Packaging Corporation of America’s $500 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.2% senior notes due 2035 by Packaging Corporation of America.

Proceeds from the offering are intended to be used to purchase the containerboard business of Grief, Inc.
