Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in ADT’s $325 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $325 million Term A credit facility for Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC and The ADT Security Corporation in connection with a $325 million Term A credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing credit.

ADT is a leading provider of security, automation, and smart home solutions serving consumer and business customers in the United States.
