Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in N-able’s $460 Million of Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $400 million term loan facility and $60 million revolving credit facility for N-able International Holdings II, LLC.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.

N-able provides cloud-based security, data protection, and unified endpoint management software solutions for IT services providers.
