Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in CDW and CDW Finance Holdings Limited’s $2.88 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $634.5 Million Term A credit facility for CDW LLC and a $2.25 billion revolving credit facility for CDW LLC and CDW Finance Holdings Limited.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for a refinancing of existing credit.
