Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in The Baldwin Group’s $600 Million Incremental Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to incur a $600 million incremental Term B credit facility for The Baldwin Insurance Group Holdings, LLC (f/k/a Baldwin Risk Partners, LLC).

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes, acquisitions by the borrower, and to pay down the existing loans.
