Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A add-on offering of $15 million aggregate principal amount of 9.25% senior notes due 2030 by Phoenix Aviation Capital Limited.

Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.

Phoenix Aviation Capital is a full-service aircraft lessor.
