Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Boyd Gaming Corporation’s $2.65 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with credit facilities for Boyd Gaming Corporation, comprised of a $1.2 billion Term A credit facility and a $1.45 billion revolving credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
