Cahill Represents the Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in a Refinancing Amendment to the Multi-Currency Term Loan Credit Facility for Discovery Energy Holding Corporation

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment to the Discovery Energy Holding Corporation credit agreement to provide for a new $1.15 billion Term B credit facility and a new €350 million Term B credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to repay existing indebtedness under the credit agreement.
