Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in White Cap’s $700 Million Incremental Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $700 million incremental Term B credit facility for White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC.

Proceeds from the credit facility were used for the acquisition of Colony Hardware, to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes.

White Cap is a one-stop shop providing concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion and waterproofing, and safety products to professional contractors.
