Sean Tonolli Featured in Global Investigations Review on Foreign Bribery Enforcement Trends

Cahill partner Sean Tonolli, a former senior leader in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Fraud Section, was featured in Global Investigations Review (GIR) discussing the evolving focus of FCPA enforcement and foreign bribery priorities under the current administration.

The article, titled “Ex-Fraud Section Official: FCPA Unit Focusing on ‘Quality’,” highlights Sean’s leadership in the DOJ’s Fraud Section and the significant prosecutions he oversaw during his tenure. It also explores his return to private practice and how his government experience will inform his work advising clients.
