Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Ingevity Corporation’s $750 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $750 million revolving credit facility for Ingevity Corporation, Ingevity Holdings SRL and Ingevity UK Ltd.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Ingevity provides products that are used in a variety of demanding applications, including automotive gasoline vapor emissions control systems, food, water and chemical filtration, asphalt paving, agrochemical dispersants, bioplastics, coatings, elastomers, and paint for road markings.
