Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $10 Billion Financing for Paramount Skydance’s Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and agent in connection with $10 billion of new senior secured credit facilities for Paramount Skydance Corporation to finance its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.

The proceeds will be used to refinance Paramount Skydance’s existing revolving credit facility, to fund the acquisition, and for general corporate purposes.
