Cahill Represents the Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Visteon Corporation’s $700 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment for Visteon Corporation to obtain a new $400 million revolving credit facility and a new $300 million Term A credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
