Cahill Represents Underwriters in Ingram Micro’s $361 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of common stock by Ingram Micro Holding Corporation through a secondary offering by selling stockholder Ingram Holdco, LLC, resulting in net proceeds of approximately $361 million.

The offering consisted of 14,471,153 shares of common stock, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The selling stockholder received all of the proceeds from the sale of the shares in this offering.
