Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Ashland’s $500 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $500 million revolving credit facility for Ashland Inc. and Ashland Industries Europe.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit.

Ashland is a global additives and specialty ingredients company with customers in more than 100 countries.
