Cahill Welcomes Marc Shepsman as Corporate Partner: Arrival Boosts the Firm’s Market-Leading Finance Practices

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP announced today that Marc Shepsman has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Corporate practice group. Marc’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions and corporate clients on leveraged finance, acquisition financings, private credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate matters across a broad range of industries.

Marc combines elite leveraged finance experience with deep sponsor-side and transactional insight, advising clients on high-profile acquisitions, complex financings and strategic corporate transactions. He brings an integrated perspective across financing and deal execution, representing sponsors, lenders and corporate borrowers in sophisticated private equity, M&A and financing matters.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Marc spent several years at Cahill, where he developed a broad-based practice focused on capital markets, leveraged finance, and private financing transactions.
