Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in Construction Partners’ $1.14 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent in connection with a refinancing and incremental amendment to the $1.139 billion term B credit facility for Construction Partners (“CPI”).

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes.

CPI is a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company that focuses on the construction, repair, and maintenance of surface infrastructure.
