Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Modern Aviation’s $585 Million Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $500 million term B credit facility and an $85 million revolving credit facility for Modern Aviation FBO Holdings.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.

Modern Aviation is a fixed-base operator serving business and general aviation clients in the United States.
