Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Go Daddy’s $1.2 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the existing credit agreement for Go Daddy Operating Company and GD Finance Co to establish a $1.2 billion additional revolving credit facility.

Proceeds from the revolving credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
