Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Arrow International’s $650 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $500 million term B credit facility and a $150 million revolving credit facility for Cavalier Acquisition Corporation, Arrow International, and Activity Advisors.

Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing credit, fund a dividend, and for general corporate purposes.

Arrow International is a leading manufacturer and distributor of pull tabs, electronic pull tabs, bingo products, and electronic bingo devices for charitable organizations.
