Cahill Represents Initial Purchaser in Jefferson Capital’s $100 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a rule 144A offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 8.25% senior notes due 2030 by Jefferson Capital Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jefferson Capital, Inc.
Proceeds from the offering were used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
