Cahill Represents Underwriters in Ingram Micro Holding’s $357 Million Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of common stock of Ingram Micro Holding Corporation by a selling stockholder (Ingram Holdco, LLC), resulting in net proceeds of approximately $357 million. The offering was for 13,125,000 shares of common stock, along with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1,968,750 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $27.25.

The selling stockholder will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering.
