Cahill Ranked as Top Legal Advisor to Lead Arrangers in Q3 Lending League Tables

Cahill’s finance practice has again earned top rankings advising lead arrangers in bank lending transactions in Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation's Q3 2012 Legal Advisory League Tables, including the number one ranking in U.S. leveraged transactions.
Thomson Reuters ranked Cahill as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers of leveraged loans for the first three quarters of 2012, participating in 89 transactions that generated approximately $61.2 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and capturing a 22% share of the U.S. leveraged loan market (more than the next two law firms combined). Cahill also ranked first by deal count and second by value in the overall leveraged lending category, representing borrower or arranger. In M&A loan transactions, Cahill ranked second by deal count, capturing a 11.8% share of the U.S. M&A lending market over this same period.
