Cahill's Capital Markets Practice Earns Top Rankings in Q1 2015 Global Legal Advisory League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets practice has again earned top rankings in a number of debt and equity categories in Bloomberg's Q1 2015 Global Legal Advisory League Tables, including the number one ranking as legal advisors to U.S. high yield bond underwriters, advising on 36 transactions that generated $30.7 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, more than the next five ranked firms combined. Cahill has been ranked the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield underwriters in the legal league tables since 2005. Cahill ranked second as legal advisor to U.S. underwriters in Bloomberg’s overall corporate debt securities category, and also ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. investment grade debt offerings and global bond underwriters. On the equity side, Cahill ranked third as legal advisors to U.S. underwriters of equity offerings, participating in 12 transactions that generated aggregate gross proceeds of over $6.7 billion, and ranked among the most active legal advisors to global equity underwriters over this same period.
