Cahill’s Capital Market Practice Earns Top Ranks in Bloomberg’s FY 2018 League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets and Lending practice has again earned top ranks in various debt and equity categories in Bloomberg's FY 2018 Global Legal Adviser league tables. These rankings reflect Cahill's prominence as legal advisers to underwriters of debt and equity securities.
In 2018, Cahill advised underwriters in 77 transactions which generated over $50 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured over a 34% share of the U.S. high yield market. For thirteen consecutive years, Cahill has been ranked as the number one legal adviser to U.S. high yield bond underwriters.
Cahill ranked third in Bloomberg’s US Corporate Bonds category, advising in 129 transactions which generated over $105 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured over 9% of the market share. The firm is also consistently ranked among the most active legal advisers to underwriters of U.S. investment grade bonds, European high yield bonds and global bonds.
On the equity side, Cahill ranked among the top legal advisers to U.S. underwriters of equity-linked and equity offerings, advising on 22 deals which generated nearly $8 billion in aggregate gross proceeds.
