Cahill Wins 2020 Middle Market Award from The Deal

Financial and business publication, The Deal, honored Cahill with the “Restructuring Deal of the Year” distinction as part of the publication’s 2020 Middle Market Awards. The second annual awards program celebrates the leading lawyers, bankers, investors and advisers in middle-market transactions. The Deal recognized Cahill’s work advising 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, a leading provider of gifts designed to help customers express, connect and celebrate, in its acquisition of certain assets of the gourmet food business of the FTD Companies, Inc., including the Shari’s Berries brand. 1-800-FLOWERS.COM’s bid of $20.5 million was the winning bid at an auction held in July 2019.
