The M&A Advisor has named Cahill a recipient of the publication’s Restructuring Deal of the Year (under $500MM) Award in connection with 1-800-FLOWERS’s acquisition of Shari's Berries Brand from FTD. The 19th Annual M&A Advisor Awards recognize “standouts of the year” and represent “the finest deals and professionals within the M&A industry,” said Roger Aguinaldo, Founder of The M&A Advisor.
