Cahill has been shortlisted for four honors as part of the IFLR Americas Awards 2022. Cahill as a firm has been nominated for Deal of the Year: Loan for Paper Excellence / Domtar acquisition financing and Deal of the Year: M&A for ICON / PRA Health Sciences. Cahill has also been nominated for Team of the Year: High Yield.
The IFLR Americas Awards 2022 celebrates the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2021, the teams and firms behind the deals, as well as the standout dealmakers and regulatory lawyers from across the region.
