Cahill Awarded Debt Market Deal of the Year by the 2023 Australasian Law Awards

Cahill has been awarded Debt Market Deal of the Year by the 2023 Australasian Awards in connection with their role in the acquisition by EQT of the Icon Group, a leading cancer care provider headquartered in Australia. Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the AUD $1.17 billion in credit facilities that financed the transaction.

The Australian Law Award judges noted that the acquisition was a “highly technical deal involving cross-jurisdictional aspects.”

The Cahill deal team was led by counsel Matthew Haar.
