Cahill Awarded Impact Deal of the Year by the 2023 LMG Life Sciences Awards

Cahill has been awarded Impact Deal of the Year by LMG Life Sciences for their role in representing the financing sources in connection with the business combination of Quidel Corporation and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Holdings plc to create QuidelOrtho Corporation, a leading in vitro diagnostics company. Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2.75 billion term loan credit facility and a $750 million revolving credit facility for QuidelOrtho Corporation.
The Cahill deal team was led by partners Stu Downing and Steve Harper and included associates Luisa Marin and Nikolas Rodriguez.
