Cahill Ranked #1 Overall in 2026 Law360 Pulse Summer Associates Survey for Second Consecutive Year

For the second consecutive year, Cahill has earned the #1 overall ranking in the Law360 Pulse Summer Associates Survey. Cahill received very high scores in mentorship and pay fairness, earning a 4.86 in each category, which is among the highest individual category scores of any ranked firm.

The 2026 survey collected responses from 486 law students who participated in summer associate programs this past summer.  Law360 scored firms across four categories: fun programming, mentorship, career confidence, and pay fairness.

The firm also received high marks for both fun programming and career confidence, contributing to Cahill’s #1 overall ranking.
