Cahill's Capital Markets Practice Earns Top Rankings in Q3 2015 Legal Advisory League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets practice has again earned top rankings in various debt and equity categories in Bloomberg’s Q3 2015 Global Legal Advisor League Tables, reflecting Cahill’s prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt and equity securities.
Cahill ranked as the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield bond underwriters, advising on 89 deals that generated nearly $60 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, more in proceeds than the next three ranked law firms combined. Cahill has been the number one ranked legal advisor to U.S. high yield underwriters since 2005. Cahill ranked third by value as legal advisors to U.S. underwriters in Bloomberg’s overall corporate debt securities category, and ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. investment grade debt offerings, EMEA corporate high yield bonds, Western European high yield bonds, European bonds and Global bonds.
On the equity side, Cahill ranked third as legal advisors to U.S. underwriters of equity offerings, advising on 26 deals that generated approximately $14.2 billion in aggregate gross proceeds. Cahill also ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. IPOs, US equity linked offerings, Global equity and equity linked offerings and underwriters of Canadian equity offerings.
