Reflecting its prominence in the U.S. deal markets, Cahill ranked as the number one legal adviser to lead arrangers in leveraged loans in the first half of 2016 as reported byThomson Reuters Loan Connector, participating in 62 transactions that generated approximately $73 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, and capturing a 30% share of the U.S. leveraged loan market. Cahill has been the top ranked legal adviser to lead arrangers of leveraged loans since 2010. Cahill also ranked second as legal adviser to bookrunners by value in the overall loans transactions category.
