Alexandra McIntire is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to capital markets and lending transactions.

Alexandra represents leading investment banks, institutional investors, commercial banks and corporations in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, equity offerings, mezzanine financings, bank financings, asset backed loans, tender offers and consent solicitations in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge lending and loan commitments and other financing transactions.
