Andrew Amend is counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focuses his practice on litigation matters.
Andrew has over seventeen years of litigation experience and is an accomplished legal writer, researcher, and strategist. He has written or co-written over 100 briefs, which includes 12 U.S. Supreme Court filings; supervised more than 100 matters; and argued over 45 cases, including 20 in federal courts or the highest state court.
He received the National Association of Attorneys General Supreme Court Best Brief Award in 2020 and the Louis J. Lefkowitz Memorial Award for Distinguished Service in 2013, 2016, and 2018.
