Andrew Schwartz represents leading direct lenders, private credit funds, mezzanine funds, other institutional investors, and investment banks in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, with an emphasis on private credit.

Andrew has significant experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, second lien, subordinated and PIK holdco debt financings, preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments, as well as syndicated loan transactions and Rule 144A high yield debt offerings. He also regularly advises clients on restructuring and general corporate matters. Andrew has practiced in a variety of industries, including media and telecommunications, technology, gaming, energy, financial services, and industrials.
