Andrew Schwartz is a partner in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP’s corporate practice group.
Andrew represents leading investment banks, private debt funds and other institutional investment funds in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, leveraged bank financings, including syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions, Rule 144A high yield debt offerings, mezzanine financings, preferred stock financings, tender offers and consent solicitations in connection with acquisition financings, and other financing transactions. Andrew advises on the leveraged loan and high-yield bond sides of both large-cap and middle market acquisition financings and refinancings. He represented the financing sources in numerous acquisitions, including the acquisitions of Kissner Group and Morton Salt by Stone Canyon Industries, the acquisition of Advisor Group by Reverence Capital, the acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions by CD&R and the acquisition of U.S. Renal Care by Bain Capital. Andrew has practiced in a variety of industries, including media and telecommunications, gaming, energy, healthcare, financial services and industrials.
