Angus Young

Angus Young is an associate in the London office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focuses his practice on debt finance transactions.

Angus has experience advising global banks, credit funds, sponsors and corporations on a wide variety of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on European and cross-border leveraged financing and data center focused real estate finance transactions.

Angus joined the firm in 2026 from a leading international law firm.

• Representation of Sixth Street, in connection with the financing aspects of its acquisition of a majority stake in Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited (the master franchisee for Wingstop in the UK and Ireland)*
• Acting for Colosseum Dental Group in the raising of in excess of €1 billion of loan facilities to finance future acquisitions*
• Representation of T-Mobile US, Inc. in relation to the financing aspects of its acquisition of Blis Holdco Limited, a provider of privacy-centric advertising solutions*
• Acting for ASOS plc, in connection with the refinancing of its debt facilities*
