Artemis Anninos was named as Pro Bono Counsel at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in January 2018. As Cahill’s first dedicated, full-time Pro Bono Counsel, Artemis works with the partners on Cahill’s Pro Bono Committee to strengthen partnerships with leading nonprofit and community organizations, coordinates Cahill's extensive pro bono work and provides oversight to Cahill attorneys working with pro bono clients. Artemis also has an active pro bono practice and serves as a member of Sanctuary for Families' Legal Advisory Council and Pro Bono Council.
Prior to assuming the role of Pro Bono Counsel, Artemis was a Counsel in Cahill’s real estate department where she focused on financing transactions involving real estate, representing investment and commercial banking clients in leveraged loan transactions, debt securities offerings, acquisition finance and related dispositions and acquisitions of real property.
