Caroline Reilly is an associate in the London office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel (UK) LLP, where she focuses her practice on debt finance transactions. Caroline has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on acquisition financing transactions and real estate transactions including advising financial institutions, non-bank lenders, REITS and governmental bodies.
