Colin H. Cassedy is a counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focuses his practice on matters relating to securities and regulatory enforcement, white collar defense, and internal investigations.
Colin advises global financial institutions, including investment banks, broker/dealers, asset managers, and underwriters in criminal and regulatory investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, State Attorneys General, FINRA, and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations, as well as foreign regulators. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and assisting multinational companies in assessing and enhancing their regulatory compliance programs.
Colin joined the firm in 2012 and became a Counsel in 2019.
