Corey Wright is a member of the Executive Committee and a partner in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP's corporate practice group.

Corey's practice is principally focused on capital market transactions including both the high-yield bond and bank sides of financings and refinancings, debt and equity offerings and out-of-court debt restructurings, including debt exchange and debt tender offers. Corey has represented the financing sources in a number of leveraged buyouts, including hospital operator HCA, Aramark and Charter Communications’ acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks. He also represented the dealer managers in a $38 billion private debt exchange offer by GMAC and certain of its subsidiaries, the largest private debt exchange offer to date.
