Edward A. Leaf

Edward Leaf is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focuses his practice on blockchain and crypto asset matters.

Prior to joining Cahill, Edward was an associate at a large international law firm where his practice focused on public and private financing transactions across various asset classes. His clients included fintechs, originators, institutional lenders, placement agents, investors, and public companies.

Edward was an Honors Intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of the Treasury as a law student, and prior to entering law school Edward worked as a classical musician. He has taught and performed internationally and has appeared on stage with multiple Grammy-winning artists.
