Eric Scher is a counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focuses his practice on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Eric’s practice also includes other executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including employment agreements, severance arrangements, non-competes and related restrictive covenants, equity-based compensation plans, securities law issues relating to executive compensation and issues in connection with pension plans.
