George Najjar is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focuses his practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Capital Markets & Lending transactions.

George represents leading investment banks and commercial banks in connection with public and private capital markets and lending transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, equity offerings, bank financings, syndicated institutional and private credit loans, and asset backed loans in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, liability management transactions, bridge lending and loan commitments, and other financing transactions.
