Hugh M. Ebb

Hugh Ebb is an associate in Cahill’s Private Credit and Banking & Finance practice groups, representing leading private credit funds, commercial banks, investment banks and direct lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, restructurings and loan commitments.

Hugh has practiced in a variety of industry sectors, including professional sports and entertainment; aerospace, defense and government services; food, beverage and agribusiness; consumer retail; energy and utilities; and healthcare services.

Prior to Joining Cahill, Hugh was an associate at leading law firms focused on private equity and sponsor finance transactions.

Hugh serves as Treasurer on the Associate Board of Just The Beginning: A Pipeline Organization.
