Jimmy also advises public companies and their boards of directors in connection with corporate governance, securities and strategic matters.
Jimmy’s clients include leading and middle market private equity sponsors as well as private and public companies across a wide range of industries, including financial services, food and beverage, healthcare and media. He also has significant experience advising numerous prominent participants in the digital assets sector in connection with their M&A and equity financing transactions.
