Jenny Warshafsky

Jenny Warshafsky is the Director of Cahill’s Knowledge Management Group and Cahill Academy, the firm’s industry leading legal training program.

Jenny oversees a group of lawyers specializing in delivering knowledge-based solutions to clients to enhance the firm’s existing legal expertise.

She also leads Cahill Academy, which offers over 200 programs annually and helps attorneys at all levels of experience to develop a foundation of substantive skills and knowledge in order to facilitate on-the-job training from more senior attorneys, develop professional practice competencies, and increase engagement within the firm. Cahill Academy has helped earn the firm recognition as one of Vault’s Best Law Firms for Formal Training and a finalist for Best Professional Development Initiative at the 2024 American Lawyer Industry Awards.

Jenny focuses her legal practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on Banking & Finance and Capital Markets.
