Joshua Cohn

Josh Cohn is counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focuses his practice on Real Estate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Capital Markets & Lending.

Josh has extensive experience representing investment and commercial banking clients in leveraged bank financings and debt securities offerings involving significant real estate components. Josh negotiates the real estate aspects of credit agreements, purchase agreements, indentures, offering memoranda and related documents. On behalf of Cahill’s clients, Josh has worked to secure real estate assets in a variety of complex commercial transactions, including casinos, department stores, golf courses, supermarkets, theme parks, power plants and coal, oil and gas assets. Josh also represents clients in transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential real estate in New York.
