Junine So is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on litigation matters with an emphasis on matters relating to white collar defense, FCPA, anti-corruption, compliance & trade sanctions, and commercial litigation.
Junine represents financial institutions and select individuals in litigation, as well as before government and regulatory bodies. Her practice covers government investigations including SEC enforcement actions, criminal inquiries (including FCPA), commercial litigation, class action defense, and antitrust litigation. Junine has experience at many stages of litigation, including trial. She maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in criminal, asylum, and family law matters.
